At Wuxi Queen Technology Co., Ltd. (QueenMetal), we are committed to providing reliable steel products and professional export services to customers worldwide. Due to the industrial nature of steel products, our return and refund process differs from standard consumer products.

1. Product Inspection Before Shipment

Before shipment, QueenMetal conducts product inspection according to the agreed specifications, including material grade, dimensions, quantity, surface requirements and other customer requirements.

Customers may request inspection reports, quality certificates or related documents before shipment according to the order agreement.

2. Return Eligibility

Returns may be accepted only under the following circumstances:

- Products are significantly different from the agreed specifications in the purchase order.
- Products have confirmed manufacturing defects caused by QueenMetal.
- Products are damaged during transportation due to improper packaging or handling.

Customers must contact QueenMetal within 7 days after receiving the goods and provide:

- Order number
- Product details
- Photos or videos showing the issue
- Relevant inspection information if available

Our team will review the case and provide an appropriate solution.

3. Non-Returnable Products

Returns are generally not accepted for:

- Custom-made steel products produced according to customer drawings, specifications or special requirements.
- Products that have been processed, modified or used after delivery.
- Products damaged due to improper storage, handling or installation by the customer.
- Orders that have been approved and confirmed by the customer before production.

4. Refund Policy

If a refund is approved, QueenMetal will process the refund according to the agreed solution.

Refunds may include:

- Full or partial refund
- Replacement production
- Credit for future orders

Refund processing time depends on the payment method and banking procedures.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before production begins.

Once production has started, cancellation requests for customized products may not be accepted because materials and manufacturing resources have already been allocated.
